Terms and Conditions – Workshop Attendance

DB Coaching and Development Ltd

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees registering for a one-day workshop (“Event”) organised by DB Coaching and Development Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13579804, with a registered office at Abbey House, 51 High Street, Saffron Walden, England, CB10 1AF (“DB Coaching”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By registering for and attending the Event, you (“you” or “Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event Details
The Event will take place at a location to be confirmed. Full details, including venue address, start time, and any other relevant instructions, will be communicated to attendees in advance of the Event.

3. Registration and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place at the Event is not secured until payment has been received in full and confirmed by DB Coaching.

4. Cancellations and Credit Policy
DB Coaching operates a no-refund policy. If you are unable to attend the Event, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future Event only if you notify us no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled Event date.

  • Credit may be used towards another DB Coaching Event within 12 months of the original booking.

  • No credit will be offered for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the Event.

  • Failure to attend the Event without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation by Us
While every effort is made to deliver the Event as advertised, DB Coaching reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or timing. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or postponed by DB Coaching, you will be offered a full credit toward a future Event. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you.

6. Liability
DB Coaching and its representatives will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Data Protection
We will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By registering for the Event, you consent to your information being used for administration purposes and communications related to the Event.

8. VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Our VAT number will be provided as soon as it is confirmed.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
